A Month in a Writer’s Life – June 2018

A Month in a Writer’s Life – June 2018

It seems like forever already since I moved to Virginia, but only now I finally feel that my mind and life are settling back into a routine. After rather perilous two months, I welcomed some steady productivity and progress, especially in my writing, even if it wasn’t as fast as I’d hoped to.

A Month in a Writer’s Life – May 2018

Another month sped by me. If there was a time police, it would have gotten a ticket for reckless driving for sure. In comparison to the super-crazy March and April, May was the time of slowly settling down and checking whether my routine survived the turmoils of the “grand move”. Yet, after two months of struggling to keep going in a somewhat organize manner, I wasn’t about to exhaust myself even more and chose a slower pace instead.

Where do those days and months go? It feels like I was just writing the October post, and now it’s time to post it again. When it comes to creativity, November turned out an interesting month. I had to shift some of my priorities, and I ended up more busy than usually.

A Month in a Writer’s Life – October 2017

A Month in a Writer’s Life – October 2017

I look in the calendar and can’t believe October is already gone. It was a bumpy and uneven month in many aspects of my life, but all in all I can’t complain about it. An anthology with two of my stories had its launch day, I managed to keep writing daily, and I launched my Facebook page.

A Month in a Writer’s Life – August 2017

A Month in a Writer’s Life – August 2017

August was another month that whizzed by faster than a speeding car. I found myself torn between taking it easy after the Camp NaNo’s final rush, and keeping the general progress, so I finally settled on writing three short stories I’ve been meaning to get ready. It seemed like a reasonable goal, but things didn’t go exactly as planned.
